How committed are you in making a difference to a child’s behaviour?

This universal topic looks not only at the “tip of the ice berg” of guiding behaviour but delves deep down below the surface to discover the messages that the child is trying to send us. This session aims to support the early childhood professional move from the approach of simply reacting to a child’s behaviour to actually teaching the child how to develop responsible behaviour and independence. It explores a holistic approach of creating a profile on the child and developing collaborative teaching strategies to build positive outcomes for the child.

Here at Onsite Early Childhood Training we love to hear your feedback and comments on the training we provide.

This brand new forum we have just added is where you can post the childcare training topic’s you would like us to see cover.

With so many areas of child care and child care staff training that could be covered, we really would like to hear from you on what your top topic’s would be or what are the top issue’s affecting your centre or staff that you would like help with?

A key area that we get a lot of questions about is the whole issue of accreditation and making sure that your centre is up to standard when an assessor may call. Is accreditation a key area of concern for you or your staff??

Maybe setting up learning centre’s or a session on how to take great photo’s and edit them using photo editing software is what your staff are asking for?

No matter what topic’s or issue’s you have we want to know about them!

Please feel free to discuss any issue’s you may have on child care staff training in the brand new “training topic’s” forum which you can easily find by clicking on the link below.

The place to chat about all things Childcare!

The brand new Childcare forum is now live and is a great place to discuss all things childcare and childcare staff training related.

Our first forum added is an area called “General Discussions” which is a forum where you can discuss anything related to the childcare profession or child care staff training.

We know that often childcare director’s and centre manager’s, and especially childcare staff often feel isolated and unsupported in the child care profession.

This general discussion forum was developed with this situation in mind and we hope to provide an place where all people involved with childcare and childcare staff training can come and post there thought’s, ideas or issue’s they maybe currently experiencing.

So feel free to post away on any topics you like as long as they relate somehow to the childcare profession!
